Major Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Zinc and Caremark-PCS commercial contracts; partner with CVS Health to execute access negotiations for Migraine, CNS, GI, Women’s Health, Oncology, and Established Brands.
- Achieve AbbVie and Brand access/reimbursement/financial objectives, including profitable gross-to-net ratios and efficient patient/physician access.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with critical payer customers.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional corporate account team; challenge the status quo to elevate team knowledge and strategy.
- Integrate cross-functional colleagues into payer teams (up to 10–15 additional colleagues may support).
- Develop and provide analyses/options to internal stakeholders (Market Access, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Medical, Supply Chain) and incorporate rapid changes in customer/payer approaches.
- Coordinate with other Corporate Account team members; support Regional Account teams and sales efforts across business units.
- Maintain close, compliant relationships with medical personnel.
- Manage timely, accurate organizational communication; maintain personal accountability; support other Market Access/operations as needed.

Qualifications:
- 7–10 years combined Market Access experience; Account Management experience preferred; cross-functional experience (Sales, Sales Management, Finance, Contracting) valued.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight timelines; strong executive presence; exceptional oral/written/presentation skills.
- Ability to influence internal/external stakeholders; anticipate reimbursement/payer changes.
- Strong knowledge of US payer dynamics and supply/distribution chain.
- BA/BS required.
- Travel 20–30%.
- Satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements; good standing/eligibility.
- Valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening; driving personal/company vehicle or powered equipment.
