Cornea Reimbursement Liaison - Seattle WA, Portland OR, Alaska

Role: Reimbursement Liaison specializing in ophthalmic devices, responsible for ensuring patient access and provider education on reimbursement policies. Responsibilities: educate HCPs and staff on benefit verification, coding, prior authorization, and claims processes; collaborate with Patient Support Specialists to address access barriers; monitor reimbursement trends and policy changes; manage communications and conduct business and claims reviews; and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA/MPH preferred); 8+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals or surgical devices, with at least 3 years in healthcare reimbursement or policy; experience with specialty pharmacy, CPT and J-code understanding, and payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans; strong travel capability (~50%) and previous sales or practice management exposure beneficial.
