This role is field-based; candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city (surrounding Worcester, Cambridge & Waltham, MA; Manchester & Concord, NH). Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to maximize short- and long-term sales performance while placing the patient at the center of efforts and operating per business code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives; conduct post-call evaluation to continuously improve performance; handle objections and close on sales calls.
- Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted relationships to achieve win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Build and share market/customer/competitive intelligence to align strategy and anticipate changes.
- Differentiate the value proposition; identify/develop disease-state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or equivalent experience required (5+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred); high school diploma/GED required.
- Proven sales success and solid presentation skills; adapts selling approach; offers innovative solutions.
- Influences others; credible role model; collaborative with district/matrix teams; leads by example.
- Documented leadership/support success with increased responsibility; develops sales strategies.
- Preferred: Sales performance success in therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing experience.
- English proficiency verbally and in writing (for non-English-speaking countries).
- Must satisfy all applicable HCIR credentialing requirements; responsible for meeting requirements.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen; strategic thinking; effective in matrix.
- Ability to drive personal or company vehicle and operate powered material handling equipment.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
