Role: Computational Clinical Scientist specializing in biomarker analysis within the Translational Medicine team, focusing on molecular and clinical data integration to identify predictive biomarkers for RAS-addicted cancers. Responsibilities: analyze genomic, proteomic, and assay data—including circulating tumor DNA, RNA/DNA sequencing, and immunohistochemistry—to validate biomarkers; collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and partners; support biomarker-driven trial design and regulatory documents; interpret data to elucidate mechanisms of action and patient selection strategies. Requirements: MS or Ph.D. in bioinformatics, biology, or data science; at least 2 years of biotech/pharma experience in oncology-focused bioinformatics; proficiency in R and/or Python; solid understanding of statistical models, clinical outcome data, and cancer genomics tools (e.g., GATK, Salmon, VEP); experience with survival analysis, causal inference, and visualization techniques. Preferred: familiarity with large genomic datasets (GDC, TCGA), software development practices, cloud computing, and additional cancer genomics tools. HighValue: oncology, RAS pathway, biomarker validation, clinical trial data analysis, molecular profiling. WorkSetup: unspecified; likely collaborative environment given cross-functional interaction.
