Computational Biology, Single Cell & Spatial Genomics Co-Op

Role: Computational Biology Co‑Op supporting analysis of single‑cell and spatial transcriptomics datasets to generate biological insights. Responsibilities: analyze datasets with modern computational methods, explore data for novel findings, review literature on emerging analytical techniques, develop reproducible workflows, and present findings to multidisciplinary teams. Requirements: pursuing Master’s or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Data Science, or related fields; experience with R and/or Python; familiarity with transcriptomics, single-cell sequencing, or spatial biology data; strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. High-Value: focus on transcriptomics and spatial biology data; computational analysis; early-stage research environment. WorkSetup: based in Chesterfield, Missouri, with potential for remote work.
