Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Competitive Intelligence (CI) strategy for Biosimilars strategic pipeline assets; own asset/brand-, therapeutic-area-, and company-level CI and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead the full CI cycle: define key intelligence topics/questions with Marketing and business partners; execute hypothesis-driven primary and secondary research; deliver insight packages to internal stakeholders.
- Leverage and expand AI-enabled technologies (Codex, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, automation) to improve CI workflows and insight quality.
- Integrate diverse data sources (KOL/investigator interviews, conference intelligence, clinical-trial/market databases) into competitive landscapes and scenario plans.
- Direct and mentor external vendors and internal partners; facilitate red-team/war-gaming simulations and lead rapid-response congress debriefs (~10% travel).
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership; champion CI best practices and ensure compliance with CI legal/ethical guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 2 years CI experience; OR Master’s + 4 years; OR Bachelor’s + 6 years; OR Associate’s + 10 years; OR High school/GED + 12 years.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Pharma value chain knowledge (discovery/development, clinical trials, FDA/EMA regulation, commercialization).
- Experience with proprietary technical/regulatory/financial data sources (e.g., TrialTrove, Cortellis, Evaluate Pharma, PubMed).
- Cross-functional coordination for therapeutic area strategy; scenario analysis for competitor launch timing (US/EU/JP/CN/etc.).
- Knowledge of forecasting models and competitor-focused assumptions for market share and long-range planning.
- Advanced degree (PhD/MS/MBA) in life sciences or business; 5 years biosimilars/biologics CI/strategy/consulting.
- Competitive/market intelligence expertise (LLM-based text mining, RAG, dashboarding); strong storytelling; project leadership and vendor management; high learning agility.
