Role: Senior Manager, Total Rewards for USCAN, leading the design and governance of compensation programs across the region. Responsibilities: partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to develop equitable, compliant, and market-competitive base salary, variable pay, and incentive programs; advise on job architecture, organizational change, and workforce planning; support M&A activities and regional initiatives; lead team development and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in HR, Business, Finance or related; 10+ years in total rewards, supporting US and Canada populations; deep knowledge of compensation laws/regulations; experience designing complex programs; strong stakeholder influence, data analysis, and communication skills; proven leadership in people management. HighValue: industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or High-Tech; familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools like Power BI; knowledge of US and Canada legal/regulatory frameworks.
