Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions for field reimbursement teams and patient support groups
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
- Design, create, and deliver effective training content to improve learner capability and support business outcomes
- Lead and support new hire training and onboarding, including coaching and facilitation
- Analyze performance gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address capability needs and drive results
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training services
- Oversee CRC-related processes, procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, budget tracking, and leadership coordination
- Manage external vendors for content design, development, and training support
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to ensure training is consistent, scalable, and aligned with business priorities
- Translate reimbursement and access concepts into practical learning materials and workshops
- Support ongoing capability development through refresher training, reinforcement plans, and field enablement resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in a relevant discipline
- Typically 6+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience developing, implementing, and facilitating training for field-based/customer-facing/cross-functional teams
- Strong instructional design; ability to facilitate workshops for small and large groups
- Ability to analyze performance gaps and create learning solutions that drive measurable results
- Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple collaborative projects
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, classroom, e-learning, workshops, simulations)
- Experience supporting reimbursement, access, patient support, or related healthcare functions
Pay Range
- $138,400 - $207,600
