Role Summary

Commercial Business Director for the CVRM Primary Care Team, leading strategic initiatives to leverage scientific capabilities and impact patient care within the Northwest Region.

Responsibilities

• Understand disease states and treatment protocols prevalent in primary care settings and varied healthcare environments, influencing healthcare providers through evidence-based discussions.
• Apply analytical objectivity to focus on prescribing patterns and optimize account strategies.
• Implement resource management strategies to impact lower-scale and high-frequency environments while enforcing accountability within sales plans.
• Establish business objectives, evaluate performance, and deliver results through effective execution of Brand strategies.
• Ensure sales forecasts and operational budgets are met or exceeded within the therapeutic area at a regional level.
• Foster a Growth Mindset, continuous learning, and improvement by using new technology and data insights to enhance patient care and streamline process efficiency.
• Communicate and implement a vision that aligns with broader organizational goals and local priorities of primary care.
• Inspire a culture that embraces curiosity, ownership, accountability, and engagement within the team through mentoring, coaching, and continuous feed forward.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor‚Äôs Degree
• Required: 8+ years of demonstrated Sales or Commercial experience or a combination of pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry
• Required: 5+ years proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience
• Required: A valid driver‚Äôs license and safe driving record
