POSITION OVERVIEW
- The ADHD Specialist is responsible for compliantly meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives by executing territory-specific sales strategies and plans to drive utilization within their defined geography.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve territory sales goals/targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Apply resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer access tools, etc.) to best opportunities; track impact and adjust; engage customers (HCPs & staff) via face-to-face, virtual, or phone.
- Analyze market dynamics and execute against trends affecting the business.
- Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with territory and national objectives.
- Maintain awareness of local and national payer access and identify pull-through opportunities.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease state, treatment approaches, competition, and product to serve as a resource.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
- Participate in industry meetings/conventions/exhibits as needed.
- Use a selling model to build a logical, sequential call continuum to gain commitment and action.
- Take ownership by resolving problems and developing solutions considering customer and organizational impact.
- Set and pursue high personal/group goals using measurement to monitor progress and enable continuous improvement.
- Use business tools/data with strategic and critical thinking to build business/call plans.
- Ensure customer perspective drives business decisions and service practices.
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication to gain acceptance.
- Adhere to compliance standards, company policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years pharmaceutical or equivalent life sciences sales experience required; specialty sales strongly preferred (neuroscience/psychiatry, ADHD/pediatric psychiatry).
- Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success.
- Knowledge of strategies/tactics to pull through local formulary wins.
- Understanding of prior authorization; experience partnering on manufacturer sponsored market access support programs preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable.

COMPENSATION
- Pay Range: $115,000 USD - $150,000 USD
