POSITION OVERVIEW
- The ADHD Specialist drives utilization in their defined geography by executing territory-specific sales strategies to compliantly meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve territory sales goals/targets (quarterly and/or annual).
- Apply resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer access tools, etc.) to best opportunities; track impact and adjust; engage HCPs and staff via face-to-face, virtual, or phone.
- Analyze market dynamics and execute against trends impacting the business.
- Develop and execute territory and call plans aligned to territory and national objectives.
- Stay current on local and national payer access; identify pull-through opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of disease state, treatments, competition, and product to serve as a resource.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
- Participate in industry meetings, conventions, and exhibits.
- Use a selling model to build a call continuum and gain customer commitment/action.
- Take ownership by seeking and resolving problems; build solutions considering customer and organizational impact.
- Set high personal/group goals; use measurement to monitor progress and pursue continuous improvement.
- Leverage business tools and data with strategic/critical thinking to build business/call plans.
- Ensure customer perspective drives business decisions; craft service practices to meet needs.
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles/communications to gain acceptance.
- Adhere to compliance standards, company policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years pharmaceutical/life sciences sales required; specialty sales strongly preferred (Neuroscience, psychiatry; ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry).
- Strong account-based selling skills and prior sales success.
- Knowledge of strategies/tactics for local formulary pull-through.
- Understanding of prior authorization; experience supporting manufacturer market access programs preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable.

Pay Range: $115,000 USD - $150,000 USD
