Role Summary
The Cluster Lead, Vaccines - Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities (SILC) is a critical leadership role responsible for translating and implementing Sanofi's global launch strategy, influencing corporate strategy implementation and the success of product launches across a Global Business Unit. The role involves design and execution of global launch standards, cross-functional insights, and guiding launch capabilities. Reports to the SILC Head.
Responsibilities
- ONE Sanofi Launch Blueprint: Develop and continuously update launch frameworks and standards; define and refine core launch standards; upgrade the blueprint using performance insights, industry trends, and best practices; ensure functional integration and clear handoffs; assess launch performance to adapt playbooks and standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align launch expectations, priorities, and execution strategies; identify dependencies and share learnings; digitize learnings into user journeys; maintain centralized knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Agile development & continuous improvement: Oversee iterative development cycles; define and monitor KPIs; drive data-driven decisions; champion agile methodologies and ongoing innovation.
- Experience / About You: Lead global product launches across value chain (Commercial, R&D, Medical Affairs) in diverse geographies including the US; translate and implement corporate strategy at executive level; drive business impact across Global Business Units; lead global cross-functional teams; develop and implement global solutions across markets; build Global-Local relationships with strong communication; experience in US and international vaccine launches.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Advanced degree desirable.
- Travel: 25% domestic and international travel required.
- Languages: Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
