Clinical Trials Manager

Role: Clinical Trials Manager supporting Gilead's Oncology pipeline, responsible for end-to-end operational delivery of Phase II and III trials. Core duties include study coordination, vendor oversight, protocol contribution, timeline management, budget support, CRO/vendor selection, and site oversight. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and GCPs. Requirements: 5+ years with BS/BA or 3+ years with MS/MA in a relevant scientific field; prior oncology experience; CRO/pharma/biotech background; strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: knowledge of FDA/EMEA regulations, ICH guidelines, and GCPs. High-value biopharma specifics: oncology focus, Phase II/III trials, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and trial oversight in a hybrid or onsite setting with travel.
