Position Summary
The Clinical Sales Specialist calls on practicing physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other health-related organizations in an assigned territory (Raleigh, NC). Provides current information on Indivior products and approved indications to support appropriate use and achieve territory business potential, in compliance with company policies.

Essential Functions
- Achieve territory goals (sales, market share, doctor calls, program planning, etc.).
- Monitor/analyze territory results; maintain an up-to-date business plan.
- Ensure timely/accurate documentation and reports.
- Demonstrate clinical understanding of Indivior products and related disease states.
- Communicate product information clearly and accurately.
- Plan/organize daily sales activities to maximize sales objectives.
- Persist despite rejection/disappointments.
- Build positive customer impressions; project professional business image.
- Maintain timely communication with Area Sales Manager and sales leadership; conduct field work.
- Maintain company-provided equipment; attend sales training (overnights).
- Adapt to changing work environment; represent at conferences (if applicable).
- Perform special projects as directed.

Qualifications
- BS/BA required.
- 2+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience with proven success.

Preferred
- Injectable experience.
- Selling complex specialty pharmacy / buy & bill products.
- Experience selling drug-device/technology requiring a change in physician protocol.

- Starting salary: $100,000–$140,000 (based on qualifications/experience).
