Purpose
As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will serve as the point person for end-to-end program development and clinical success for procedure sales, support, and driving utilization for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System. You will develop and execute business plans, lead clinical/technical product discussions and demonstrations, run referral education, conduct Business Review Program sessions, manage postโsales installation, and support after-adoption utilization by educating physicians and staff.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans meeting procedure and disposable revenue targets.
- Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user-base within qualified accounts.
- Maintain a detailed, frequently updated strategic territory business plan.
- Present sales forecasts to sales management.
- Partner with Field Sales Territory Manager to maximize capital system and procedure sales.
- Lead technical/clinical demonstrations and referral education activities.
- Implement post-sales installation/implementation/adoption protocol with sales and service teams.
- Support customers in clinical adoption and achieving clinical/economic goals; improve satisfaction and utilization.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Ottava products and stay ahead of industry/market trends.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree and 4+ years relevant Medical Device/Healthcare and/or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to learn/communicate technical product and clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers.
- Travel up to 75% (overnights within territory).
- Work in hospital/ASC setting; attend live cases and wear required protective gear.
- Self-starter with critical thinking in high-pressure environments.
- Collaboration in matrix teams; organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Communicate frequently with sales management and broader organization.
- Ability to work in regulated environment (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820).

- Base pay: $150,000; eligible for sales incentive compensation.
