Purpose
As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will serve as the point person for end-to-end program development and clinical success for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System—leading procedure sales, support, driving utilization, referral education, Business Review Program sessions, post-installation management, and after-sales adoption/utilization. Educate physicians and staff on product use.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user-base in qualified accounts.
- Maintain a detailed, frequently updated strategic territory business plan.
- Provide realistic sales forecasts to sales management.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Territory Manager counterparts to maximize Auris Health capital system and procedure sales.
- Lead technical/clinical product demonstrations; support clinical adoption.
- Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
- Implement post-sales installation and adoption protocol with sales/service teams.
- Help customers achieve clinical/economic goals and higher utilization.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Ottava Surgical Robotics products and industry/market trends.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; minimum 4 years relevant Medical Device/Healthcare and/or B2B sales experience.
- Must demonstrate ability to learn/communicate technical and clinical knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
- Travel up to 75% (including overnight within territory).
- Required to work in hospital/ASC settings, attend live patient cases when needed, and wear required protective gear.
- Self-starter; critical thinking in high-pressure environments; strong organization, prioritization, and communication.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820).

Benefits / Compensation (as stated)
- Base pay: $150,000.
- Eligible for sales incentive compensation; J&J Fleet program (company car or car allowance).
