Responsibilities: review and respond to commercial and government payer audits, analyze medical records, prepare appeal documentation, coordinate with internal teams for supporting evidence, track audit activities, identify denial trends, and support accreditation and compliance processes. Requirements: Bachelorβs degree with 3-5 years in clinical, reimbursement, or revenue cycle roles; healthcare experience such as nursing or medical record review; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to handle sensitive patient and company data. HighValue: experience with payer audits, claims appeals, oncology or clinical documentation, Medicare/Medicaid processes, and familiarity with payer portals and audit systems preferred.
