Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE); candidates should live within the territory (Seattle South and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE is the strategic leader of the territory, combining clinical expertise, account planning, and business execution to improve patient outcomes and advance brand objectives (Imbruvica, Epkinly).
Key Accountabilities / Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused scientific/clinical engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination).
Qualifications (Required):
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics (preference: Oncology/Hematology).
- Oncology experience, preferably in hematologic malignancies.
- Desire to take on larger roles faster; competitive selling skills; ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills; persistence.
- Valid driverโs license; ability to pass drug screening; drive personal/company vehicle.
- Business travel regularly required.
Preferred:
- Oncology/specialty/other pharma; Bachelorโs degree; account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience; people management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
