Role Overview:
- Field-based role; candidates should live within the territory (West Palm Beach, Melbourne FL, and surrounding areas).
- Serve as strategic leader of the territory to improve patient outcomes and support brand and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persistency and grit; desire to take on larger roles faster.
- Ability to drive personal or company vehicle; valid driverβs license; pass pre-employment drug screening; safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel (air or car).
Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies).
- Bachelorβs degree; Account Management experience; Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience (patients/healthcare consulting).
- People management/leadership experience; MBA or other advanced degree.
