This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory (Washington, D.C., Arlington, Alexandria, Herndon, Waldorf, Manassas, Reston, Lexington Park, and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory, combining clinical expertise, account planning, business acumen, and execution to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific/clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and analytics.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persistency and grit.
- Ability to drive (personal or company vehicle); valid driverโ€™s license and pass pre-employment drug screening; safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel by air or car.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies); account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient-facing or consulting experience; leadership/people management; bachelorโ€™s degree; MBA/advanced degree.
