Clinical Account Executive (CAE) – Field-Based

Responsibilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof) for facility access.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Driving a personal auto or company car/truck; business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies).
- Bachelor’s degree; Account Management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy and healthcare industry experience.
- People management/leadership; MBA/advanced degree.
