This role is field-based. Candidates should live within the territory (Bellingham, Mount Vernon, Everett, North Creek, Cottage Lake, Seattle, SeaTac, Tacoma, Lakewood, Des Moines, Wenatchee, Spokane and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete all required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics (preference for Oncology/Hematology).
- Oncology experience, preferably in hematologic malignancies.
- Competitive selling skills; ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to take on larger roles faster than peers; persistency and grit.
- Driving a personal auto or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology/Specialty/other pharma experience; Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account Management; Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare industry experience.
- People management or leadership experience; MBA or other advanced degree.
