Location/Travel: Field-based; candidates should live within a reasonable distance of the primary city (San Diego area and surrounding cities/counties listed). Business travel by air or car is regularly required.

Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior District Manager; serve as strategic leader of territory.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Think strategically about customers, key accounts, and market dynamics; prioritize opportunities to maximize sustainable impact.
- Translate strategy into focused action with disciplined, precise execution.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics.
- Maintain highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Oncology/Hematology experience preferred.
- Competitive selling skills; accountability and ownership.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Learning agility; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Resilience and intellectual curiosity.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Ability to drive personal or company vehicle.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (hematologic malignancies).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account Management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare experience.
- People management/leadership.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
