Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” Field-based (live within reasonable distance of primary city; territory includes Sacramento, Santa Rosa, Napa Vallejo, Lodi, Chico, Redding, CA; Reno/Carson City, NV and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE serves as the strategic leader of their territory to improve patient outcomes and support CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and adhere to company policies.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements for facility access (may include background checks, drug screens, and immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively; persistence/grit.
- Driving a personal auto or company vehicle; valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies); Bachelor’s degree.
- Account Management; Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience.
- People management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
