This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory (Richmond, VA and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory, combining clinical expertise, strategic account planning, business acumen, and purposeful execution to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Driving required (personal or company vehicle); valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience, preferably hematologic malignancies.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account Management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience; people management/leadership experience; MBA or advanced degree.
