Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE); candidates should live within reasonable distance of Portland, ME or Manchester, NH (and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional sales results with disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership (preference for Oncology/Hematology).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific/clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Think strategically about customers/key accounts/market dynamics; prioritize opportunities.
- Translate strategy into focused action; maintain urgency with discipline.
- Rapidly learn and apply complex scientific/clinical/business concepts.
- Simplify complex clinical/business concepts; collaborate cross-functionally.
- Use data, customer insights, and analytics to continuously optimize territory performance.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and follow company policies/OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment; persistency/grit.
- Driving required (personal auto or company vehicle); valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Regular business travel (air or car).

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies); Account Management; Specialty Pharmacy.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Healthcare/patient or consulting experience; people management/leadership; MBA/advanced degree.
