Job Summary:
Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serving a territory including Philadelphia, Pottstown, Norristown, Camden, Chester, Doylestown, and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE is a strategic leader who combines clinical expertise, strategic account planning, business acumen, and execution to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team orientation; persistence/grit.
- Driving a personal or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel by air or car.
- HCIR credentialing required (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account management experience; specialty pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience (patients/healthcare consulting).
- People management/leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
