Field-based role; candidates should live within a reasonable distance of the primary city (Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Gainesville, Daytona Beach, Orlando, and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Sr. District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive builds and implements territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals. Must demonstrate strong disease-state understanding and develop professional relationships across the oncology care continuum (oncologists in private/group/hospital settings, nursing, office staff, and other care partners).

Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goals.
- Present approved disease state and product information using persuasive, consultative selling (per AbbVie Promotional Policy).
- Use sales analytics and customer intelligence to create high-impact strategic plans.
- Execute territory sales and marketing strategies with cross-functional partners and approved resources.
- Continuously build expertise in evolving marketplace, territory changes, disease state, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with territory partners and external counterparts.
- Develop and execute call plan to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and AbbVie policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or clinical experience (RN, APRN, PA, RPh) preferred.
- 3+ years Oncology or Oncology Diagnostics sales experience (solid tumors) preferred.
- Proven track record exceeding sales expectations.
- Clear, effective communication; consultative selling.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; collaborative team work.
- Pass background checks (may include immunization, TB, HIV, hepatitis, drug screening).
- Regular business travel; drive personal or company vehicle/equipment; valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
