Job Description β Clinical Account Executive, Oncology β Orlando, FL
Territory: Field-based; candidates should live within Orlando, Daytona Beach, Gainesville, FL, and surrounding areas.
Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics; optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and adhere to company policies/OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).
Qualifications (Job Requirements):
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Driving: personal auto or company car/truck; valid driverβs license and pass pre-employment drug screen; safe driving requirements.
- Business travel regularly required.
Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies).
- Bachelorβs degree; account management experience; specialty pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience; people management/leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
