This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory (Oklahoma City, Wichita, Tulsa, Wichita Falls and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics (preference: Oncology/Hematology).
- Proven results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
- Business acumen; purposeful execution; learning agility; clear communication.
- Resilience and intellectual curiosity.
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies).
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team orientation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Driving a personal auto or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screen; safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel (air or car).

Preferred:
- Oncology/Specialty/other pharma; Bachelorโ€™s degree; account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient experience; people management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
