Field-based role—candidates should live within the territory (New Orleans, Shreveport, Monroe, Lake Charles, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Beaumont, Port Arthur, Metairie, and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) is the strategic leader of their territory. Responsibilities include combining clinical expertise, strategic account planning, business acumen, and execution to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Deliver exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership (Oncology/Hematology preferred).
- Think strategically about customers, key accounts, and market dynamics to prioritize opportunities.
- Translate strategy into focused action with urgency and discipline.
- Rapidly learn and apply complex scientific, clinical, and business concepts.
- Communicate clearly by simplifying complex clinical/business topics.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and follow company policies and legal procedures.
- Partner cross-functionally; use data/analytics to optimize territory execution.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration experience; persistence/grit.
- Driving required: personal auto or company vehicle; valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and safe driving requirements.
- Business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (hematologic malignancies preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree; account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience; people management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
