Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” Field-based (must live within the territory: Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Clarkesville, Jackson, Germantown, Memphis, and surrounding areas)

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Desire/ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment.
- Persistency/grit with a strong track record.
- Drive personal auto or company car/truck; valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening; safe driving requirements.
- Business travel regularly required (air or car).

Preferred:
- Oncology experience, preferably hematologic malignancies; account management experience; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience; people management/leadership; Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other advanced degree.
