Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” Field-based; candidates must live within the territory (Minneapolis South, Rapid City, Sioux Falls, Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Saint Paul, Burnsville, Eau Claire, Rochester, La Crosse and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE is a strategic leader for the territory, combining clinical expertise, account planning, business acumen, and execution to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives for CLL and NHL oncology.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific/clinical expertise.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required AbbVie training.
- Meet healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; persistence.
- Ability to drive (personal or company vehicle); valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Regular business travel.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (hematologic malignancies).
- Bachelor’s degree; account management experience; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient experience; leadership/people management; MBA/advanced degree.
