Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE). Candidates should live within the territory (Minneapolis North, Bismarck, Fargo, Duluth, Saint Cloud, Saint Paul and surrounding areas). Report to the Senior District Manager. Serve as strategic leader of territory to improve patient outcomes and advance Imbruvica/Epkinly objectives.
Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver deep scientific/clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required AbbVie training and follow company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics (preference: Oncology/Hematology).
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies).
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively; resilience/persistency; learning agility.
- Valid driverโs license; ability to drive personal/company vehicle; meet safe driving requirements.
- Business travel regularly required.
Preferred:
- Account management; specialty pharmacy or healthcare/patient experience; leadership/people management; Bachelorโs degree; MBA/advanced degree.
