Territory: Field-based; candidates should live within the territory (Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of the territory to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise through compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Driving a personal auto or company vehicle; valid driverโs license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel (air or car).
Preferred:
- Oncology experience, preferably hematologic malignancies; Bachelorโs degree.
- Account Management; Specialty Pharmacy.
- Healthcare experience (patients/consulting); people management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
