Field-based role; candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city (Los Angeles W, Norwalk, South Pasadena, Beverly Hills, Inglewood, Hawthorne, Gardena, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes, Lomita, Torrance, Bellflower, Paramount, Lynwood, Norwalk, Buena Park, Downey, Pico Rivera, Whittier, Montebello, Rosemead, Alhambra, El Monte, CA and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific/clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continually develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Driving a personal auto or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Business travel by air or car regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies); account management experience.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; specialty pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare experience (patients or healthcare consulting); people management/leadership.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
