Key Responsibilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Demonstrated competitive selling skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; persistency and grit.
- Ability to drive a personal auto or company car/truck; valid driverโ€™s license and pass pre-employment drug screening; safe driving requirements.
- Business travel regularly required (air or car).

Preferred:
- Oncology experience, preferably hematologic malignancies.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Account Management experience; Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience (working with patients or consulting healthcare companies).
- People management/leadership experience; MBA or other advanced degree.
