Job Description (Field-based)
Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) is the strategic leader of their territory.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative/team-oriented.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive (personal auto/company vehicle) and valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe-driving requirements.
- Business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (hematologic malignancies preferred); Account Management; Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare industry experience.
- People management/leadership; Bachelorโ€™s degree; MBA/advanced degree.
