Field-based; candidates should live within the territory (Kansas City, Saint Joseph, Overland Park, Olathe, Westwood, Omaha, NE, Lincoln, NE, and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Essential: Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persistency and grit; driving personal or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license (pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements).
- Business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience, preferably hematologic malignancies; Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account Management, Specialty Pharmacy, healthcare industry experience.
- People management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
