This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory (Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Gainesville, Pensacola, Panama City, Mobile, AL, and surrounding areas).

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Senior District Manager and serve as strategic leader for the territory.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise; deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements to gain facility/organizational entry (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Demonstrated competitive selling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persistency and grit in challenging environments.
- Driving a personal or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel (air or car).

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account management experience.
- Specialty pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience (patients or consulting healthcare companies).
- People management/leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
