Role Overview:
- Field-based role; candidates should live within the territory (Forth Worth, Amarillo, Lubbock, Wichita Falls, Lewisville, Abilene, Midland, Odessa, and surrounding areas).
- Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) is the strategic leader of the territory for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Deliver exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
- Think strategically about customers, key accounts, and market dynamics to prioritize opportunities and maximize sustainable impact.
- Translate strategy into focused action with urgency and precision.
- Rapidly learn complex scientific/clinical/business concepts and apply them in dynamic customer environments.
- Simplify complex clinical and business concepts for customers.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific/clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment.
- Driving a personal or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience, preferably hematologic malignancies.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; account management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience (patients/healthcare consulting).
- People management/leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
