Field-based role (live within territory): Denver, Lake City, Fort Collins, Westminster, Aurora, Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” Reporting to the Senior District Manager.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific/clinical expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Execute strategically: prioritize opportunities to maximize sustainable business impact; translate strategy into focused action.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination) to access assigned facilities.

Qualifications/Skills (Required):
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Demonstrated selling/account execution, business acumen, learning agility, communication, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to drive personal or company vehicle; valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Regular business travel required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies)
- Bachelor’s degree; Account Management experience; Specialty Pharmacy experience; Healthcare/patient or consulting experience; People management/leadership experience; MBA or advanced degree.
