Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) for CLL/NHL Oncology Products. Candidates should live within the territory (Dallas, Denison, Sherman, Paris, Texarkana, McKinney, Greenville, Plano, Garland, Mesquite, Lancaster, Waxahachie, Tyler, Longview, Fort Worth, DeSoto and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
- Deliver exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership (preference for Oncology/Hematology)
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
- Demonstrate deep scientific/clinical expertise and deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements
- Partner cross-functionally for coordinated customer experiences
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements to gain facility access (may include background checks, drug screens, and immunization/vaccination proof)

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills; persistence/grit
- Collaborative team orientation
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements
- Ability to drive personal/company vehicle; business travel regularly required

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies)
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Account Management; Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare/patient-facing or consulting experience
- People management/leadership experience; MBA/advanced degree
