Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) reporting to the Senior District Manager. Territory: Columbus, OH and surrounding areas (candidates should live within the territory).

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific/clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and follow company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative teamwork; persistence/grit; desire to take on larger roles quickly.
- Ability to drive (personal auto or company car/truck) and hold a valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel (air or car) required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies); Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account Management; Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience.
- People management/leadership experience; MBA/advanced degree.
