This role is field-based; candidates should live in the territory (Charlotte, Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) is a strategic leader for their territory, combining clinical expertise, account planning, and execution to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific/clinical expertise
- Partner cross-functionally to provide coordinated customer experiences
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof)

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team mindset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; persistence/grit
- Valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening; safe driving requirements
- Ability to drive and regularly travel (air or car)

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies); account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience
- People management/leadership; Bachelorโ€™s degree; MBA/advanced degree
