Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” candidates should live within the territory (Charleston, Wilmington, SC, and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE is the strategic leader of the territory, using clinical expertise, account planning, business acumen, and execution to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Persistency and grit; driving a personal auto or company car/truck; valid driver’s license.
- Business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies); account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient-facing or consulting experience.
- People management/leadership; Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other advanced degree.
