Clinical Account Executive (CAE) – Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete all required training and maintain adherence to all company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements to gain entry into assigned territory facilities/organizations (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Responsibilities also include: disciplined execution/accountability, strategic customer/account planning, purposeful execution, learning agility, clear communication, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.

Qualifications / Required:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Competitive selling skills; excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Driving a personal or company vehicle; valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel (air or car).

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies).
- Bachelor’s degree; account management experience.
- Specialty pharmacy; healthcare industry/patient work.
- People management/leadership experience; MBA or other advanced degree.
