Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” must live within the territory (Austin, Shreveport, Longview, Tyler, Waco, Killeen, Temple, Round Rock, Bryan, College Station and surrounding areas). Reports to the Senior District Manager.

Key Accountabilities / Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Apply deep scientific and clinical expertise to deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications / Required:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics (Oncology/Hematology preferred).
- Demonstrated results via disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
- Strategic business acumen; purposeful execution; learning agility.
- Ability to simplify complex clinical/business concepts; resilience; intellectual curiosity.
- Oncology experience, preferably in hematologic malignancies.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team orientation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Driving a personal or company vehicle; valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug screening; safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel (air or car).

Preferred:
- Specialty/Oncology or other pharma; account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience; people management/leadership; Bachelor’s; MBA/advanced degree.
