Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” Field-based (live within reasonable distance of Washington, D.C. area: Washington D.C., Arlington, Alexandria, Herndon, Waldorf, Manassas, Reston, Lexington Park, and surrounding areas)

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific/clinical expertise; deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Driving a personal auto or company vehicle; valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.
- Regular business travel (air or car).

Preferred:
- Multiple Myeloma/hematologic malignancies experience.
- Bachelor’s degree; account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient experience.
- People management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
