Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete AbbVie required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements for facility entry (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Strong competitive selling skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persistency and grit.
- Driving a personal or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel by air or car.

Preferred:
- Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies experience.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account Management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience (working with patients or consulting healthcare companies).
- People management/leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
